The Role of Videographer

DOSSA is seeking a Videographer with 2-5 years of experience in fashion content. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves capturing and editing video and photo content to translate the studio's work into strong digital visuals. The position requires a professional who understands fashion aesthetics, short-form content, and possesses both creative taste and technical reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture behind-the-scenes video during fittings and shoots.
• Film styled looks and studio moments.
• Photograph outfits, details, and editorial-style content.
• Edit short-form video for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Deliver clean, on-brand photo selections.
• Set up microphones, cameras, and basic lighting for podcast sessions.
• Monitor audio levels during recording and capture multi-angle video when required.
• Edit podcast audio and video, including basic cleanup, syncing, and exports.
• Organize podcast files and assets.
• Maintain visual aesthetic across all content, understanding lighting, framing, and movement in fashion.
• Adapt shooting style to the studio tone and follow creative direction while contributing ideas.
• Organize raw footage and assets, deliver edits on agreed timelines, and maintain a clean file structure.
• Communicate clearly about turnaround times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience shooting fashion content.
• Strong short-form video editing skills (*, CapCut, Premiere).
• Understanding of fashion pacing and composition.
• Experience recording podcasts or interviews.
• Basic audio knowledge, including microphone placement, levels, and echo control.
• Professional on-set behavior.
• Reliable turnaround times.
• Editorial photography experience.
• Creative direction skills.
• Copywriting or caption support experience.
• Podcast editing experience.

Work Environment
