Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO), a prominent retail company, is seeking a Web Administrator \ E Commerce to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to managing and enhancing SACO's online retail operations.

Role Purpose

The Web Administrator \ E Commerce is responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s e-commerce platform, specifically Adobe Magento / Adobe Commerce Cloud. This role ensures the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the online store, with a focus on platform performance, analytics, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's e-commerce platform (Adobe Magento / Adobe Commerce Cloud).
• Monitor website performance and conduct regular analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and oversee SEO optimization strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
• Enhance the customer journey on the e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operation and ongoing platform development.

Educational Background and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing an Adobe Commerce storefront or a similar e-commerce platform is essential.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Core Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
