Woodworking Supervisor

About the Role

Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking a Woodworking Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring all furniture and joinery works meet approved drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the production of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, office furniture, cladding, and custom furniture.
• Manage a team of carpenters, CNC operators, assemblers, and helpers.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and production drawings.
• Oversee all stages of production, including cutting, edge banding, CNC machining, drilling, assembly, and finishing.
• Conduct quality checks on dimensions, hardware installation, and final assembly.
• Monitor daily production targets, worker productivity, material wastage, and rework.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve production and technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in woodworking supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise woodworking production processes.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active supervision within a production environment.
