The Role of Workplace Manager

Mirai is seeking a Workplace Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is responsible for building and operating a modern, efficient, and engaging workplace environment that supports employee experience, productivity, and company culture. The position combines facilities operations, workplace strategy, hospitality, and project delivery, with a strong focus on ownership, cross-functional coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead a modern workplace experience, developing scalable hospitality and soft services aligned with company standards.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all office spaces, overseeing Hard FM (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems) and Soft FM services, and leading continuous workplace improvements.
• Lead all aspects of physical security and workplace safety, including access control, CCTV systems, visitor management, incident response, and compliance with Civil Defense and municipality regulations.
• Manage all workplace-related vendors and contracts, negotiating service agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency, and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Oversee flight and accommodation arrangements for employees, visitors, and new joiners, coordinating with travel agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage workplace and facilities budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), tracking expenses and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Lead workplace sustainability initiatives, implementing actions to reduce environmental impact and promoting sustainable workplace habits.
• Build and structure the Workplace function for scalability, implementing tools and reporting systems, and driving initiatives related to efficiency and innovation.
• Act as the owner of all workplace-related topics, facilitating solutions across departments (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance) and coordinating engagement activities and internal events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in facilities, workplace, or operations management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in project management and vendor management.
• Experience in fast-paced or international environments is an advantage.
