About the Role

شركة مجموعة عبدالمحسن الرصيص وأبنائه is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a contract position that involves both office-based and field work, focusing on managing real estate leasing operations and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing operations for real estate units.
• Attract new clients and follow up on their inquiries and requests.
• Organize property visits and viewings for potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and finalize leasing contracts.
• Follow up with clients throughout the leasing process until completion.
• Prepare reports and monitor targets related to leasing activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Riyadh.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license and ability to conduct field visits.

Work Environment
