Job Description
Secretary required to work for a business services establishment.
Tasks:
Answering calls and emails and organizing appointments
Preparing letters and reports and organizing files and archiving
Coordinating meetings and receiving visitors
Following up on administrative transactions and providing support to management
Working hours: 8 hours daily, Sunday to Thursday (8 AM – 4 PM).
Holidays: Friday and Saturday weekly, 21 days paid annual leave, and official holidays.
