About the Role

Amber Hospitality, a Saudi company specializing in the hospitality sector, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on maximizing revenue and enhancing operational performance through advanced pricing strategies and analytical insights. The ideal candidate will be hired immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing and revenue management strategies.
• Prepare occupancy and revenue forecasts, and analyze performance indicators.
• Manage pricing and availability across various distribution channels.
• Monitor market and competitor performance, providing necessary recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve optimal results.
• Administer Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Channel Manager platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of RMS, PMS systems, and analytical and pricing tools.
• High analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic hospitality environment focused on strategic revenue growth.
