About the Role

شركة أحمد المحيسني العقارية is seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is pivotal in driving our real estate marketing initiatives and enhancing our market presence.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and developing comprehensive real estate marketing strategies. This role focuses on strengthening the market presence of our projects and attracting target clients to achieve optimal sales returns for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee the marketing of properties across various real estate platforms.
• Analyze the real estate market and prepare periodic reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance to achieve departmental objectives.
• Monitor leasing operations and ensure contracts are uploaded to the Ejar platform in compliance with regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Supervise both digital and field marketing campaigns, continuously working to improve their performance.
• Stay informed on updates to real estate regulations within the Kingdom and ensure their proper application.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in real estate marketing, including demonstrated leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Ejar platform and other relevant real estate platforms in Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of a valid FAL license.
• Saudi nationality is required for this position.
