Saw Company announced a job opportunity titled (Operations Manager) to work in Riyadh. The goal of the position is to manage the operations of the events, exhibitions, and conferences sector, especially supervising the woodworking related to this field, such as stages, wooden walls, stands, booths, and other wooden works related to event organization. The required tasks are listed below: Office Tasks: - Preparing price offers according to requirements and designs - Providing daily labor according to contract volume (carpenters – painters – electricians – blacksmiths – sticker installers) - Continuously searching for new manufacturing ideas Field Tasks: - Supervising the manufacturing workshop to implement designs with the best quality during the manufacturing period - Being present at event sites and supervising installation and dismantling - Auditing all wooden works after installation and ensuring their safety and absence of issues - Adhering to site conditions and regulations - Adhering to general cleanliness and providing necessary safety equipment for project personnel at sites - Visiting the warehouse weekly and ensuring the quality of wooden inventory and packaging Conditions and Specifications: - Experience in managing exhibition and conference organization projects for two to 5 years (must be in the field of exhibition and conference organization) - Full-time commitment *Important Note: The employee's tasks are not limited to the above items, and these tasks are subject to modification, addition, and cancellation at any time.
