Running and implementing growth program sessions:  with games and supervising children at a rate of 4-5 sessions per week (not exceeding 12 working hours per week).

 Guiding children and dealing with their different behaviors in a professional educational manner.

 Monitoring children's interaction and the development of their skills and recording special observations for that.

Preparing activities and ensuring a safe and interactive environment during sessions 

Submitting program reports periodically
