About the Role

شركة آت محامون ومستشارون At Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Sector Business Developer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector and converting them into contractual relationships with the firm.

Role Overview

The Business Developer will build strong relationships with real estate developers, investors, property owners, and real estate investment funds. This role involves introducing the firm's real estate legal services, preparing service proposals, and following up until contracts are secured. Additionally, the role supports the legal team by monitoring real estate market developments and suggesting growth opportunities. This position requires an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with potential clients in the real estate sector who require legal services.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, property owners, and real estate portfolios.
• Introduce the firm's real estate legal services, including contract drafting and review, consultations, and real estate litigation.
• Prepare and follow up on presentations and price proposals until contracts are finalized.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
• Coordinate with the legal team to understand client needs and deliver appropriate services.
• Represent the firm at real estate exhibitions and events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.
• Proven experience in the real estate sector.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the real estate sector.
• Ability to start immediately.
