About the Role

Trivers is seeking a Real Estate Developer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Development Officer supports the real estate development team in the planning, analysis, and execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves conducting market research, assisting in feasibility studies, coordinating documentation, and facilitating approvals to ensure timely project progress. Specific responsibilities include:

• Assisting in preparing development briefs, concept notes, and project initiation documents.
• Participating in site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
• Collecting and organizing project data, market research, and benchmarking information.

Documentation and Reporting

This position supports various documentation and reporting tasks essential for project oversight and stakeholder communication:

• Supporting the preparation of financial models, business cases, and investment memos.
• Maintaining organized records of project approvals, design updates, and key decisions.
• Assisting in preparing regular progress reports and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.

Coordination and Follow-Up

The Real Estate Developer will be responsible for coordinating with various teams and tracking project progress:

• Coordinating with internal teams (design, finance, legal, construction) and external consultants to gather required inputs.
• Tracking development timelines, flagging delays, and following up on deliverables.
• Participating in project meetings and documenting action points and responsibilities.

Process Improvement and Learning

The role also contributes to continuous improvement and staying informed on industry developments:

• Contributing to lessons learned documentation and project close-out reports.
• Staying updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory changes impacting real estate development.

Experience Required
