Job Announcement: Call Center Supervisor (Medical Complex - Saudis Only - On-site)
Location: Riyadh - Qurtubah District
A licensed medical complex specializing in (Dentistry, Dermatology & Laser, and Obstetrics & Gynecology) announces its desire to attract distinguished national talent to fill the position of "Call Center Supervisor" on an on-site work basis at the complex's headquarters.
Required Conditions and Qualifications:
• Nationality: Saudis only.
• Experience: At least two years of practical experience in supervising call centers (preferably with previous experience in the medical sector or beauty and dermatology clinics).
• Type of Work: Fully on-site at the complex's headquarters (Riyadh - Qurtubah District).
• Skills: High eloquence in speaking, ability to lead the team, and manage clinic appointments under pressure.
• Technology: Proficiency in using medical appointment booking systems and dealing with office suite software.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Direct daily supervision of the call center team and ensuring the quality and speed of response to calls.
• Following up and organizing the confirmation of appointments for (Dentistry, Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynecology) clinics and avoiding conflicts.
• Handling patient complaints and resolving issues related to bookings immediately and diplomatically.
• Guiding and following up with the team to achieve clinic targets through periodic follow-up.
• Preparing daily and monthly performance reports on the number of calls and appointments and submitting them to management.
