About the Role

Tabnih Al Arabiya is seeking a highly experienced Quality Department Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing the implementation of robust quality systems across our diverse infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and contractual specifications. This role involves leading quality assurance and control efforts, driving continuous improvement, and managing a dedicated quality team within the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Oversee all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements.
• Manage internal and external audits, and diligently follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to resolution.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and conduct thorough root cause analysis for any identified errors or deviations.
• Coordinate effectively with various project teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Manage, mentor, and foster the professional development of the quality assurance team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the contracting sector, with a preference for experience in infrastructure projects.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and comprehensive QA/QC procedures.
