About the Role

Dyari is seeking an experienced professional to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing execution and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in urban and architectural development projects. The candidate will play a pivotal role in project monitoring to ensure completion according to specified goals and requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of all construction works on-site.
• Review and approve construction drawings and plans before execution.
• Follow up and ensure adherence of contracted and independent engineering sectors to specifications.
• Coordinate with specialists in various engineering disciplines to resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee construction works and ensure quality of execution.
• Review and approve material and maintenance requests.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Follow up on corrective actions and close technical remarks.
• Participate in the provisional and final handover of works.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in supervising and executing construction and architectural development projects.
• Experience in managing and following up on construction works and facades.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and related regulations.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office programs.
