Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervising field work and following up on implementation at sites.
• Managing and implementing finishing and Fit-Out works.
• Developing and reviewing architectural plans and coordinating with other disciplines.
• Ensuring the quality of implementation and its compliance with plans and technical specifications.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers and following up on schedules.
• Preparing technical reports and submitting them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architecture.
• Practical experience in field work and finishing works.
• Experience in developing plans and implementing Fit-Out projects.
• Ability to work within a team and withstand work pressure.
• Proficiency in using related engineering software.
• High communication and organization skills.
