Role Overview

eham Facility Solutions is seeking a B2B Sales Specialist – Facility Services to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients within Riyadh. The specialist will be responsible for growing sales by acquiring new clients for operations, maintenance, cleaning, and other facility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a list of target accounts in Riyadh, identifying key contacts in facilities, procurement, and operations.
• Conduct site visits to assess operational challenges, gather information on service requirements, and confirm purchasing decision processes.
• Manage vendor registration and pre-qualification processes with target organizations, coordinating with the Pre-qualification and Tenders team.
• Achieve annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare and discuss proposals in response to RFQs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and coordinating technical and commercial responses.
• Negotiate and close contracts, referring changes to pricing, scope, or payment terms to the appropriate approver.
• Hand over awarded contracts to the Operations team, providing all necessary details for service commencement.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools, updating opportunity stages, estimated values, and expected decision dates.
• Prepare weekly reports on new opportunities, outstanding proposals, overdue client decisions, and required support.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Operations, Pricing, Contracts, Finance, and the Prequalification and Tenders team.
• Manage commercial communications with client decision-makers from initial meeting through contract award.
• Assess competitors’ sales performance and service quality to recommend improvements to eham’s offerings and sales forecasting methods.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within facility services or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients.
• Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of facility management and support services.

Performance Indicators

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of distinct RFQs received from clients.
• Opportunity-to-contract conversion rate.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves internal coordination with various departments and direct engagement with client decision-makers.
