Cost Accountant

- Planning and developing cost calculation methods and determining elements of direct and indirect costs in accordance with the nature of the activity
- Calculating the cost of products or services and analyzing cost elements periodically to ensure data accuracy
- Preparing and updating standard costs, analyzing variances between actual and standard costs, and identifying their causes
- Preparing periodic reports on costs and pricing, analyzing profitability, and submitting recommendations to management
- Participating in the preparation of estimated budgets for costs and monitoring their implementation
- Monitoring operational and production costs and working to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinating with relevant departments (production, purchasing, warehouses) and following up on inventory and evaluating it according to approved policies
- Developing cost accounting procedures and systems, preparing specialized documents and reports, and storing them according to approved accounting policies and standards
