Value & Growth Advisory-VGA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business forward by engaging with clients and providing excellent sales solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs.
• Propose tailored solutions to meet client business objectives.
• Generate leads and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Track sales metrics to meet or exceed assigned targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong abilities in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Sales.
• Excellent Communication, Active Listening, and Presentation skills.
• Analytical skills for Market Research and Sales Forecasting.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a client-facing environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the same industry or geography is advantageous.
