About the Role

Acwa is seeking ARCS Technicians to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time role involves the installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access control systems, radio communication equipment, and security infrastructure. The technician ensures all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and client requirements, contributing to the operational integrity of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and communication systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ARCS equipment and associated hardware.
• Troubleshoot system faults and execute repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, modifications, and expansions as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients during installation and maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency service calls and technical issues when necessary.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential operational problems proactively.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, testing devices, and company equipment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires work in diverse environments, including indoors and outdoors at client sites, construction projects, industrial facilities, and company locations. Travel between project sites is expected. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency support may be necessary. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry technical equipment and tools, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions. Candidates must also be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control systems, radio communication equipment, and security systems. A strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and industry safety standards is essential for this role.
