GENERAL ROLE:
As a Barber at Miraval The Red Sea, your main role is to deliver expert grooming services tailored to male guests in a refined and relaxing environment. This includes haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and scalp care, ensuring a mindful, personalized experience that reflects Miraval’s wellness philosophy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services.
Conduct thorough consultations to ensure understanding of guest expectations.
Maintain a clean, hygienic grooming environment.
Support smooth scheduling and efficient service delivery.
Contribute to upselling of services and assist in guest satisfaction metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified and licensed Barber with at least 2 years of experience in a luxury setting. Skilled in different hair types and grooming preferences. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong technical skills in barbering and excellent communication skills are essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor and outdoor as needed.
