The Role of Design Lead

Parsons is seeking a Design Lead to join its team in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design activities. The primary objective is to ensure high-quality project delivery, technical excellence, and compliance with project requirements from the initial concept phase through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design development activities across complex projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to design teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with project objectives.
• Review and oversee design deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements, project standards, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor design progress, deliverable quality, and adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and discipline leads to resolve technical, resource, and delivery challenges.
• Support project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
• Facilitate coordination between internal teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective integration of design disciplines and maintain consistency across all project documentation.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical and design-related issues through practical and innovative solutions.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support the development and implementation of design standards, procedures, and quality management processes.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and professional working environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position are required to have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in design leadership and coordination roles.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The Design Lead will operate within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to complex projects.
