About the Role

SAMA Holding Co- SAMA Construction ** is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Design (Electrical) to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading electrical design and engineering activities across various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical design and engineering activities across projects.
Design and review Primary & Secondary Electrical Systems.
Design earthing/grounding, lightning protection, lighting, emergency lighting, and lighting control systems.
Prepare and review SLDs, schematics, technical specifications, and detailed electrical layouts.
Manage design validation, verification, technical reviews, and approval processes.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Coordinate electrical interfaces with Civil, Structural, Architectural, BIM, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Firefighting, CCTV, Protection, and Secondary Design teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and project requirements.
Support project execution from design development through final submission.
Provide technical support to proposal and estimation teams during bidding stages.
Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical Engineering.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant electrical design and engineering experience.
At least 10 years of experience in GIS and AIS Substation design and engineering.
Strong knowledge of Primary & Secondary Electrical Systems.
Experience in utility and major infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
