Qantara supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by advancing strategic, sustainable, and transformative projects. We are seeking an Engineer to join our team in Neom.
Role Overview
The Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. This role involves providing essential technical support, addressing complex engineering challenges, and ensuring all project activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for effective project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise engineering activities as needed.
- Review and approve materials, equipment, and technical submissions.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 0 – 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- English language proficiency is essential.
- A professional engineering certification is considered an advantage.
