Kerten Hospitality (KH) is seeking a Gym Receptionist to join their team at Cloud 7 Residence AlUla, located in Al Ula, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with no prior experience required, offering an opportunity to contribute to a unique lifestyle hospitality operator focused on sustainability and community development.

Cloud 7 Residence AlUla Context

Cloud 7 Residence AlUla is a new destination offering flexible short or long stays in a lodge-style setting. It is designed to provide guests with access to the attractions of AlUla, a region known for its heritage sites, date farms, and vibrant local community. The property includes 301 bungalows, F&B outlets, co-working spaces, and a fitness center with various amenities. AlUla is situated in the northwest of Saudi Arabia and is home to Hegra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The property is approximately 25 minutes from AlUla International Airport, offering convenient access to local amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Respond to phone calls and inquiries in a helpful and courteous manner.
  • Assist with membership registrations, renewals, payments, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments for fitness classes and personal training sessions.
  • Provide information on gym services, facilities, programs, and membership options.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle basic administrative and front desk duties.
  • Address member requests, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily gym operations.
  • Ensure compliance with gym policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the gym, changing rooms, and common areas.
  • Clean and sanitize gym equipment, including machines, weights, and exercise mats.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Report any repairs, safety concerns, or operational issues to the appropriate team.
  • Support a positive member experience through a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in health, fitness, and supporting others in achieving their goals.
