The Role: HSE Executive

We are seeking an HSE Executive to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols across our data center construction site in Neom, Tabūk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role demands a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to maintain a safe working environment. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions for site personnel and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for permits, inspections, and compliance matters.
• Support the development of Emergency Response Plans and ensure readiness across the site.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among all stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing monthly HSE reports and dashboards for internal and client review.

Qualifications and Experience

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience working in KSA and familiarity with Saudi safety regulations is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant HSE role, preferably within construction or data center environments.

Work Location

This full-time position is based at our data center construction site in Neom, located within the Tabūk region of Saudi Arabia.
