Responsibilities:
As Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing the “Construction, Fit Out and Ops” Health and Safety (H&S) programs while collaborating with all relevant stakeholders. Your main tasks will include:
  • Implementing and managing the DataVolt H&S policy and program.
  • Defining the missions of H&S third parties and supervising their execution.
  • Acting as the primary contact for H&S matters and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting to the Group H&S Manager on the program's implementation.
  • Conducting risk analyses related to High-Risk Activities and integrating preventive measures.
  • Participating in regulatory monitoring and ensuring compliance.

Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 8+ years of experience in an H&S role within a technical site, preferably in the data center industry.
  • An engineering degree or equivalent (Bac +5).
  • Knowledge of mandatory requirements and external recommendations regarding H&S.
  • Experience in H&S audits and continuous improvement tools such as FMEA and ISO 45001.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance and condition monitoring.
  • Certified in Vibration Analysis (ISO Category I or II).
  • Familiarity with static equipment and piping systems in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to Downstream Facilities.
  • Experience with SharePoint for document management.
  • Basic Safety & HSE Training (*, confined space entry, working at height, H2S awareness).
  • Experience with Shutdowns & Turnarounds in oil & gas plants.
