We’re seeking a hands-on Security Supervisor who is ready to lead from the front. In this critical role, you will support the Security Management team by overseeing daily security operations and maintaining safety standards, ensuring our guests and property are protected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the monitoring and upkeep of all security equipment.
  • Conduct inspections of colleagues’ vehicles to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in colleague engagement activities such as events and workshops.
  • Investigate and report tardiness among security officers.
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality during shifts.
  • Assist with duty rosters for adequate shift coverage.
  • Act as a primary support during daily operations.

Requirements:
  • High school education.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Experience in duty roster management preferred.
