About the Role: We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea. This luxury project is set to open in 2025, offering 150 exquisite rooms and several distinct dining options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government entities to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Manage residency permits, work visas, and other essential documentation.
• Ensure the renewal and accuracy of hotel licenses and operating documentation.
• Operate government portals for immigration processing and maintain records.
• Prepare monthly compliance reports for management.
• Represent the hotel during inspections and official visits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or High School Certificate.
• 35 years of experience in a government relations role in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Absher.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is developing an exceptional project in the oasis of The Red Sea. This hotel will feature 150 luxurious rooms, 7 unique dining outlets, and a revitalizing spa, catering to adults and families alike.

Position Summary:
The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods including artisan breads, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with the Head Baker and pastry team to maintain excellent standards of hygiene and ensure a remarkable culinary experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake high-quality dishes following recipes and standards.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize food waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
• Comply with food safety and health regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Formal culinary training preferred.
• 12 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
