About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Specialist Logistics to join Botanica, a subsidiary focused on providing sustainable greenery across Red Sea Global’s destinations. This full-time role is based in Tabuk, with operations spanning Umluj and Tabuk, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Logistics Specialist will manage the shipping, storage, warehousing, and receipt of goods and services, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Operating over 1 million square meters, Botanica has cultivated over 5 million plants since 2020, with a goal of 30 million by 2030, contributing to the natural landscapes of The Red Sea & Amaala. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely processing of receipts from suppliers.
  • Scan orders and track shipments across multiple channels.
  • Approve timesheets associated with deliveries and pickups.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of agents, routing, and scheduling planning.
  • Manage workflow and quota calendars for sub-contractors.
  • Establish and maintain maximum and minimum materials inventory levels.
  • Track shipments across different channels.
  • Ensure company storerooms or shelves are consistently stocked.
  • Verify that receipts and invoices are properly completed and entered.
  • Track orders made by the firm as due.
  • Prepare necessary shipping and export documents for international transactions.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and take action to meet those needs, maintaining positive business relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
