About the Opportunity

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Tinting Machine Operator to join our team in Tabuk. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the accurate and efficient preparation of paint colors for our customers.

Role Overview

The Tinting Machine Operator is responsible for the precise operation and maintenance of tinting machinery. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, accurately mixed paint products, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous color matching and machine upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Tinting Machine (TM) to mix all required colors according to specifications.
• Cross-check dispensed colors against the master collection to ensure accuracy before customer handover.
• Perform periodic and proper maintenance on the machine, ensuring it is supplied with the necessary colorant.
• Clean the colorant dispense nozzle daily and maintain the overall cleanliness of the machine.
• Coordinate with the service team regarding calibration schedules and ensure the machine remains in good, calibrated condition.
• Monitor and record colorant levels daily, including batch numbers.
• Clearly mark each tinted color can with its batch number and expiration date.
• Update the TM database regularly in coordination with the color lab.
• Maintain comprehensive service records and dispense history.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
