Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service & Sales Associate at Nature Touch Spa in Jubail. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis at the spa.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Working hours from 2:30pm - 11:30pm (1 hour break in between)
• Good Attitude and Willing to train
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Social Media Knowledge 
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Can speak and understand English Language

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our retail team and provide exceptional customer service while handling all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing cash, credit, and debit payments, maintaining accurate cash drawer balances, scanning merchandise, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Key responsibilities include operating POS systems, greeting customers professionally, answering product inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, following company policies for transactions and security procedures, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
