Quality Advisor

About the Role

EHIF is seeking a Quality Advisor to join its team in Taif. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and is located approximately 200 km northeast of Ta’if. The role involves supporting the planning, development, and execution of quality programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of quality programs in alignment with budgets and contractual/quality plan arrangements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of quality plans to meet contractual requirements.
• Contribute to the maintenance, documentation, and deployment of the Quality Management System within the organization.
• Aid in establishing assurance schedules and implementing internal, external, and extrinsic assurance activities.
• Assist with the quality review and approval of product/material requisitions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality management systems, plans, ITPs, documentation, and records to ensure compliance with stated requirements.
• Coordinate third-party vendor inspection visits and manage the review and distribution of reports.
• Support the management and analysis of non-conformance and corrective action data.
• Assist in the creation and review of tender packages and proposals.
• Participate in kick-off meetings to define and implement quality requirements.
• Promote awareness of quality principles through targeted communication, education, and training initiatives.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
• Assist in the implementation of organizational/local management reviews and the reporting of metrics and KPIs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in the development and implementation of quality programs.
• Experience with quality management systems and assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of quality principles and their application in project environments.
