Role Summary

The Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II role involves defining requirements for initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states, and driving value through defined work packages. This position requires defining solution plans in alignment with Platform and Solution Architects, and supporting business unit delivery with site-based deployments and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into actionable solutions, troubleshooting site-specific evidence.
• Define solutioning priorities to meet Business Unit objectives within relevant technology domains.
• Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and adhere to enterprise standards.
• Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, in the correct implementation of solution designs.
• Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight during the delivery process.
• Ensure implementations meet agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities.
• Identify and surface technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early in the process.

Required Experience and Competencies

This role requires 5-10 years of experience. Key competencies include:
