Job Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Turaif, KSA. The Chef De Partie will have the key responsibility of preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that specialize in Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine, both for Buffet and Ala Carte services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes according to the highest standards of quality.
• Assist the Head Chef in menu creation and recipe development.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in Arabic cuisine or a similar culinary role.
• Excellent cooking and presentation skills specific to Arabic food.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and best cooking practices.
• Ability to effectively manage and train kitchen staff.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise settings is a plus.
