Red Sea Security is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join its operational team. This full-time position is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in supporting the company's human capital initiatives.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will be integral to managing the day-to-day HR operations and providing comprehensive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure strict compliance with both company policies and Saudi labor regulations, acting as a primary point of contact for all employee queries and operational HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Coordinate inputs for payroll, track attendance, manage leave requests, and administer employee benefits.
• Prepare various HR letters, employment contracts, and other essential employment-related documentation.
• Support processes related to government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
• Generate HR reports and contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries and provide operational support.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR administrative tasks and support employee lifecycle processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a proactive approach to HR operations within a dynamic work setting.
