Join Accor's Engineering Team as an HVAC Technician!
We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and operate all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems within our property. This role is crucial in ensuring guest comfort, reliability of equipment, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Systems Operation & Maintenance:
    • Inspect and maintain HVAC systems including VRV, split units, and package units.
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
    • Troubleshoot and repair faults.
    • Calibrate controls for optimal energy efficiency.
  • Technical Operations & Documentation:
    • Read mechanical diagrams and maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities.
    • Monitor operating parameters for irregularities.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
    • Adhere to health and safety procedures and report hazardous conditions.
    • Support inspections of fire safety systems.
  • Environmental Responsibility:
    • Operate systems with energy efficiency and handle materials according to environmental regulations.
  • Guest Service & Team Collaboration:
    • Respond professionally to guest complaints related to HVAC systems.
    • Provide support to junior technicians.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; technical diploma or certification in relevant fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hotels.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.

Additional Information:
  • Experience in project coordination and pre-Opening stages is required.
  • Proactive approach with strong sense of ownership.
