Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a Business Development professional to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Province. This is a full-time position focused on expanding the company's market presence within the Western region of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Business Development professional will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence for Oil & Gas and related industrial services, including Plant Services, Support Services, and Projects, across the Western region. This role involves strategic planning, effective client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients within the target industries.
• Conduct thorough market research to inform business strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts to secure new business.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a preference for experience within the oil & gas or related industrial services industries.
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Development or Sales role for industrial services, specifically within the Western Region, with clients such as ARAMCO or SABIC.
• Proven track record of securing new business and developing strong client relationships.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Western region market and industry trends is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Al Madinah Province. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience in business development within the industrial services sector.
