About the Civil Inspector Role

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified Civil Inspector for a contract position in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, with work locations in Yanbu and Medina. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of civil engineering projects by monitoring and inspecting construction activities.

Role Overview

The Civil Inspector will be responsible for overseeing construction processes to guarantee adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, a thorough understanding of construction procedures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with site teams to identify and resolve any emerging issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements on site.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address inspection findings and facilitate project progress.
• Verify drawings and GIS data to ensure accuracy and alignment with construction.
• Manage permit closure and verification processes.
• Identify and report any deviations from plans or standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in civil inspection or a comparable role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction methods, relevant codes, and quality assurance standards.
