Senior Civil Structural Engineer

About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time position involves overseeing the planning, design, and construction of steel structural projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in civil or structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect structural work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide guidance on structural engineering principles and solutions for complex challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee structural integrity and durability of steel structures.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and timelines effectively.
• Advise on appropriate steel materials and specifications for different structural elements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for steel structural projects.
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations and codes for steel construction.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues efficiently.
