About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Eng Pgm Supervisor to join its team in Yanbu, Western Area, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals only and involves leading a multi-disciplined team to achieve strategic growth objectives and manage various operational aspects of programs within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplined team, including FSM, FOM, ME Program Manager, and specialists in Service, Projects, and Support, focusing on complex technical equipment and sophisticated products and services.
• Ensure the organization meets strategic growth objectives by attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining necessary skills and resources for the LCM Program.
• Manage all financial aspects of projects within Capex scope and contracts within Opex scope, including orders, revenue, margin, and billing.
• Deploy growth initiatives and partner with other Honeywell business units (*, HCI, PAS, PMC, HBT) as the focal person for all Honeywell Systems installed in the Yanbu area.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to drive additional orders and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Develop and establish operational plans with the Field Service Manager and Field Operations Manager.
• Communicate with customers according to contract-specific communication plans.
• Support the Service team in resolving incidents and troubleshooting problems, including managing escalation processes.
• Review system performance metrics and manage operations accordingly.
• Manage all projects in Capex scope and all contract entitlements and deliverables in Opex scope for the respective year.
• Work within the customer’s change management process, serving as the approver for significant change requests and including operational risk/benefit assessments.
• Participate in pre-outage planning meetings and support On-Process, AMT, and Off-Process Migrations.
• Review and advise the site on all project activities affecting the control system and ensure documentation is updated.
• Support the Field Operations Manager in developing and communicating training needs for Honeywell and customer team members.
• Manage third-party underpinning contracts to ensure cost-effective, appropriate quality, and timely performance.
• Partner with the FOM and Quality Assurance team to manage the close-out of corrective actions by identifying root causes and updating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with contract-specific HSE Plans and promote Honeywell’s safety culture.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

• Collaborate with the FSM on Orders, Revenue, Profit, Cash, and Past Dues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction via NPS Promotor Scope (9 or 10).
• Track defined HPS safety metrics.
• Oversee operational SIOP Plan with the FOM and MOS for Opex & Capex delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to provide strategic leadership to multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong understanding of financial aspects related to projects and contracts.
• Experience in deploying growth initiatives and collaborating with various business units.
• Proficiency in operational planning, customer communication, and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with change management processes and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and quality assurance processes.

Work Environment

This role is based in Yanbu City, Western Area of Saudi Arabia. The position may require irregular working hours to accommodate global time differences for telephone conferences or strategic planning sessions. Offshore visits may also be required based on customer needs.
