The Role: Sr Eng Pgm Supervisor

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Sr Eng Pgm Supervisor for a full-time position in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only. The supervisor will provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplined team within the Lifecycle Management (LCM) Program, focusing on complex technical equipment and a range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplined team, including a Field Service Manager (FSM), Field Operations Manager (FOM), and Mechanical Engineering Program Manager, along with Service, Projects, and Support specialists.
• Ensure the organization achieves its strategic growth objectives by attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining necessary skills and resources within the LCM Program.

Performance Metrics

• Partner with the FSM on Orders, Revenue, Profit, Cash, and Past Dues.
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets via Net Promoter Score (NPS) Promotor Scope (9 or 10).
• Meet defined Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) safety metrics.
• Collaborate with the FOM on the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Plan and Management Operating System (MOS) for Opex & Capex delivery.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, and is designated for Saudi Nationals only. The role involves working within a global team focused on automation and industrial solutions.
