Sales Representative

About the Role

Al Kawther Fresh Water Company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for a full-time position in the Eastern Region. This role focuses on driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and building lasting business relationships within the target market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing customer accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain relationships and address needs.
• Prepare and present quotations to potential and existing clients.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely payment collection.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of sales experience.
• Direct experience in the water, beverages, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors is essential.
• Possession of an established customer database and active business relationships within the target territory, covering wholesale, retail, distributors, or restaurants.

Essential Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability in customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and following up on collections.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive sales reports.
• Competency in using computer applications relevant to sales operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Region, focusing on direct sales activities and customer engagement within the specified territory.
