The platform offers a comprehensive library of exercises, ready-made schedules, and a full nutrition library.

The Role: Co-founder (CMO)

Lodup is seeking a Co-founder to lead the marketing division as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role is part of a foundational team of three partners, covering management, operations/coach relations, and technology. The position is based in Saudi Arabia and is offered on a contract basis, requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and establish a clear marketing identity for the platform.
• Develop and execute content strategies.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Oversee all social media accounts.
• Prepare visual content, including designs, introductory videos, and explanatory materials.
• Monitor marketing performance indicators and provide regular reports to the founding team.
• Coordinate with freelancers or designers as needed to support the marketing department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a certified qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable portfolio of previous work.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Knowledge of or interest in sports and fitness is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience with startups or large projects.

Compensation and Benefits

• A 10% founding equity stake in the company as the fourth partner, with a vesting period over 3 years from the date of joining.
