Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I - Fresh Graduate to join their team as a Saudi National. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through technical sales support. The position involves contributing to customer experience strategy and initiatives, with a direct impact on customer loyalty and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and fire safety standards to develop compliant Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.

Required Activities

• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams with engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop product enhancements and new product developments to improve specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Saudi National only.
• Ability to support technical requests from customers.
