Associate Project Manager Construction

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Construction to oversee the daily operations of individual construction projects. This full-time role involves managing projects ranging from $7 million to $15 million, or handling specific bid packages within larger projects, in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily technical and administrative efforts of a project.
• Manage project setup and subcontracting strategies.
• Review and process shop drawings.
• Handle contract changes.
• Maintain daily relations with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Manage subcontractor relations.
• Prepare all required owner and in-house reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline is required.
• Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
