The AYS and Reservation Agent Role

As an AYS and Reservation Agent, you will function as a Guest Experience Expert, playing a critical role in delivering outstanding service. This full-time position is specifically open to Saudi nationals only, focusing on creating a seamless and positive experience for all guests. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs efficiently and accurately.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly and effectively.
