Role Summary

The Service Associate - Concierge provides guest services and assists guests with their luggage and other items. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist guests with airline reservations and confirmations, message handling, transportation arrangements, city tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Handle all guest interactions professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries.
• Ensure all quality standards and procedures are maintained from guest pre-arrival through arrival, in-house stay, and departure.
• Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage.

• 0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
