The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The successful candidate will ensure that products meet internal customer requirements and adhere to management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
• Oversee the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products.
• Ensure all processed products meet internal customer requirements.
• Monitor and maintain performance parameters related to efficiency and loss-in-process.
• Implement and uphold zero non-conformance standards for product quality and safety.
• Target and achieve specified product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality control.
