The Opportunity

An aggressive expansion program, coupled with acquisitions in new vertical markets, has created an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans. We are seeking a Senior Production Manager (Poultry) to be based in Hail, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Senior Production Manager (Poultry) will be responsible for managing self-directing, multi-functional teams to efficiently process and pack poultry products. This role ensures that internal customer order requirements are met within defined management performance parameters, while strictly adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards. The manager will also ensure all poultry products are packed to fulfill internal customer service requirements, meet agreed quality specifications and cost parameters, and that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-functional teams to ensure efficient processing and packing of poultry products.
• Meet internal customer order requirements within established performance parameters.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee packing operations to fulfill internal customer service requirements.
• Maintain agreed quality specifications and cost parameters for all poultry products.
• Ensure the availability and safe, efficient utilization of all necessary resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably within the poultry industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage self-directing, multi-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, quality, and safety standards in food production.
• Experience in optimizing resource utilization and managing cost parameters.
